The Azure Stack Support and Troubleshooting course is a set of 13 training modules intended to enable ramp-up of technical support personnel preparing to support customers who are implementing/operating/using Azure Stack. It is intended to provide a technical foundation for understanding Azure Stack technologies, and to provide general support and troubleshooting guidance. It will be of particular benefit to Partner support roles who collaborate with Microsoft CSS to resolve customer support issues.
This Module provides a technical overview of Azure Stack, and an in-depth explanation of Azure Stack software architecture "from the hardware up".
This Module explains the Azure Stack support model and the respective roles that Microsoft CSS and Microsoft Partners play in the support model. It provides general support considerations and troubleshooting guidance, and introduces and explains available diagnostic features and tools.
This Module explains Azure Resource Management (ARM) as implemented in Azure Stack, examines Azure Stack Compute architecture and component functionality, and discusses Compute-related support and troubleshooting considerations
This module explains Software Defined Networking (SDN) as implemented in Azure Stack, including in-depth discussion of architecture and component functionality, and support and troubleshooting considerations.
